REFUND
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.If an event, course or service is cancelled for what ever reason, you will be given the opportunity to rebook another date for an event, course or service of the same value. Customers will not be eligible for a refund, only a change of date.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Most items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. We use different delivery methods depending on the product, and how fast your order arrives will depend on the shipping methods involved. Details of expected delivery times are found on the individual product pages and we accomplish these expected delivery times in the majority of cases. However, on rare occasions, delivery can take a little longer. Drop us an email if your parcel seems to be taking longer and we will investigate for you.
UK Standard Delivery
This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. The majority of orders (over 90%) are dispatched either on the same working day or the following working day (NOTE: working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Our standard delivery includes packaging and handling.
In the unlikely event of an order been lost by the courier we endeavour to replace the order within 21 days.
If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding £5 for domestic shipments to cover our costs incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly.
Delivery is normally via Royal Mail or alternative courier. The majority of orders arrive within 1-5.
